1. Click the continue button at the bottom of this page.
   
2. If your version of Internet Explorer is older than 6.0 you will see a dialog box with a couple of options in the middle.  The default option is 'Save'.  Select the OTHER option, it will start with the words 'Open', 'Run', or 'Start'.  Then click 'OK'.
   
3. If you have IE version 6.0 or greater you'll see a dialog box with buttons to 'Open', 'Save', 'Cancel', etc.  Select 'Open '.
   
4. That's it, you just wait for the download to complete.  You'll then see a security advisory/warning.  This advisory displays the digitial certificate information used by BidPlus to ensure your protection from unauthorized file downloads.  Verify the certificate was issued from BidPlus, inc. before continuing with your installation.
   
5. As the installation proceeds you will be prompted for some basic information.  Accepting the default settings works for most users.  When the installation is complete, close your web browser and launch BidPlus Millennium from the icon on your desktop.
