Unable to Create AMm_Client Error Message

You may be experiencing an error message that says "Unable to create AMm_Client". Other versions of the problem may not produce an error message (or perhaps a different message such as 'Warning Applet Window'), or you may simply end up with a 'dead' Terminal, one that appears to have been created but doesn't do anything. One problem is that the your Java Virtual Machine (JVM - a Microsoft product that makes things run better) is probably not up to date. Our suggestion for your problem is to ensure that you have the latest JVM.

To check, click Start--> Run. Then type COMMAND, and then click OK. Once on the DOS screen,  type JVIEW, and then hit Enter. You will see the version number in the top line. It will look something like this: 5.00.3805. Build 3805 is the version you need to have.
