Starting Your Membership

To begin the process of getting a Bidpus Millennium membership, you must first open the BidPlus software. Once you have it open, click on the Profiles menu at the top, and then choose 'Create/Update User Profile'

You will be presented with the Logon screen.

Type in your BidPlus User ID, which is basically your File Number. The Password is something that you can create. It must be at least 6 characters long, and can be any combination of letters, numbers, and symbols. Once the information is entered, click the "Log On" button.

You are then presented with a second screen requesting that you re-enter the information for verification. Once you click the "Log On" button a second time, you are then presented with the Profile screen.

Now fill in the requested information. This information will be kept on file with BidPlus. Now click "Activate Account".

Please remember that this connection is secure, and all information is encrypted. On this screen, you will need to read and indicate your agreement to the contract, enter your billing information, and select the Billing/Price option that you will be using.

Then click the 'Submit' button. You will be presented with the Charge Authorization Summary screen. At this point, your charges have not yet been submitted, and you still have the ability to cancel the transaction to avoid incurring any charges.

The Authorization Summary displays for you the charges that are about to be applied.

Now click the 'Submit Charge' button to complete the transaction. You will then see a message letting you know that the Transaction was successful.

Click OK. You will then see a messge informing you that your program is now active.

Click OK. You are now back on the Profile Information screen.

Notice in the bottom section that your account expiration date, as well as the number of days purchased, is displayed for your convenience and review. The program will automatically notify you when your time is running low. Remember, there are never any additional fees for activating or reactivating an account, even if the account has already expired.

To purchase addtional time, click on the Profiles menu, and then choose 'Create/Update User Profile'.
