The privacy policy described below applies to any and all portions of the web site administered by CyberSkies.Net/BidPlus, inc.

Protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following statement will help you understand how CyberSkies.Net/BidPlus, inc. collects, uses and safeguards the personal information you provide to us on our site.

I. Information collected online. CyberSkies.Net/BidPlus collects a limited amount of information when customers register their Millennium program and purchase subscription time. This information can be separated into two categories: A) information that is maintained by CyberSkies.Net/BidPlus and kept as part of our master database, and B) information that is used only once for the purpose of conducting online purchasing transaction and not made a part of any database.

We are all part of the same community, and we understand the need to maintain your privacy. Registration information that is collected online (name, file number, email, domicile, and phone contact information) is the minimum data required for us to provide customer support and maintain accurate records of who is using our program. We purposefully do not maintain any locating information, thus removing the possibility that an unauthorized party will gain access to sensitive information.

The information we receive is obtained via a secure, encrypted, internet connection. It is also stored in a secure database server. Information that is used to process credit card transactions is also transmitted via a secure connection. This is true both in the data collection process as well as during transaction processing. When the transaction is complete and you leave our site, any and all information associated with the transaction is permanently discarded. The only information maintained by CyberSkies.Net/BidPlus is an order number, a description of what was purchased, the amount, and the end result of the transaction (success or failure). If a card is rejected, we do not obtain any amplifying information (reason for the failure).

Many programs that are integrated with the internet make use of "cookies". These are small text files that are maintained on your computer that can track various aspects of your browsing session. CyberSkies.Net/BidPlus does not use cookies or any other means to create a record of your online activity.

 II. Sharing Information. CyberSkies.Net/BidPlus does not provide any information to any outside party for any reason. This most certainly includes advertisers.

 III. Consumer inquiries about information or our privacy policy. Information maintained by CyberSkies.Net/BidPlus can be freely accessed and updated by users that provide appropriate access information (user id and password).  A number of security provisions are in place to prevent unauthorized users from accessing your records.

Browser Security. Portions of our web site that contain user registration information can only be accessed by a BidPlus Millennium browser. This enables us to maintain a higher level of control over what can and cannot be accessed. Users attempting to access this information by other means will be directed to a "Invalid Browser" page.

Logon Lockout. If a particular account is accessed by an invalid user 3 times, any access to the account will be blocked until specifically turned back on by CyberSkies.Net/BidPlus.

IV. Online Information Protection.CyberSkies.Net/BidPlus uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol that encrypts personal information being transferred over the Internet. Use of this technology requires that vendors be authenticated by a recognized authority, and that a valid security certificate exist on the web server hosting our site. Access to customer information is restricted to a minimum number of essential company personnel only.

V. Changes to our Privacy Policy. Any changes to our privacy policy will be made online and posted via our web site. Our policy can be reviewed at any time by visiting www.bidplus.com, or when authorized users update their online personal profiles.
