"The InstallShield Engine (iKernal.exe) could not be launched.
Error loading type library/DLL." To address the problem, you will
need to uninstall and then reinstall Internet Explorer 7.

The Current Program Version Is 9.0.0.0 With Service Pack 15
With version 9.0.0.0 Service Pack 15 you can check
for upgrades to the program at any time by clicking on the Options
menu at the top, and then by choosing Update BidPlus Millennium.
The downloading of any program upgrades is completely
automatic. There is no need for the user to know or understand
anything about file management.
