You've Renewed Your Subscription But
Continue To Get The Renewal Message
Occasionally some users encounter a small
problem where they have entered their credit card and paid for
additional time, but they continue to get the message that their
time is about to expire. Generally, your profile just needs to
be updated to reflect the correct amount of remaining time. It
should have happened automatically when you renewed, but it is easy
to do yourself.
To update your profile, click on the Profiles
menu, and then choose Create/Update User Profile. Then click on the
Update button. This will present you with your profile. You will see
the remaining number of days at the bottom, which right now probably
isn't correct.
Now click on the Update button at the bottom.
This will cause your software to connect to our database and
download the most recent information, which is that you have
purchased additional time. It will then give you the message that
you profile has been updated. You should then see the increase in
time displayed at the bottom, and the messging will
stop.
Please remember that if you have Millennium installed
on more then one computer that you will need to repeat the process
for each computer.
