Uploading Your Bids Using Unimatic Plus

BidPlus is designed to upload your completed bids, fill in your LOFBID, take a screen shot of your completed LOFBID, and then sign off...all automatically!

Basically, you need to open up the bid package, and then bid as normal. (Please review the section on Selecting Criteria , or the Bank Overview if you are not familiar with this process.) Once this is complete, you then need to Save the bid package.

Next, you need to simply upload your bids. To do this, click on the Send Bids button at the bottom of the open bid package.

At this point, the screen will change to the Unimatic Plus screen, and you will be presented with the Upload dialog box.

Be sure to indicate any of your preferences, including whether this is a Monthly or Relief bid. Once all of the information has been entered properly, click OK. You will then be presented with a dialog box that instructs you to click the 'Start' button at the bottom of the Unimatic Plus screen in order to actually send your bids to the Unimatic LOFBID.

Now click OK. You will then see your Unimatic Plus LOFBID job in que and ready to go.

At this point, you can either click on the 'New' button and add additional Unimatic Plus jobs as described in the Unimatic Plus section, or you can simply click on the Start button, and the automatic upload process will begin.

Once that is complete, The Unimatic Plus status will show the job 'Complete'. To see your completed bid card, just click directly on the job itself. It will display on the screen above. Please click here for printing instructions.

If you would like to submit a re-bid, then you will first need to remove the LOFBID from Unimatic Plus. Unimatic Plus will only allow one instance of a LOFBID job, whether or not it has already been subitted. to remove the 'job', click on it once to highlight it, then click the Delete button on the right. Once it is deleted, you can then return to the bid package and start a new upload.

Once you click 'Send Bids' at the bottom of the bid package, you are once again presented with the Bid Upload dialog box. This time, be sure to enter a re-bid number that is higher then the last bid that was submitted.
