Saving Your Bid Package
Saving the work you have performed on your bid
package is something that you should be in the habit of doing
regularly. Remember, your bid package is simply a file in the
BidPlus program, just as a document is a file in a word processing
program. When you Save your bid package file, that means that the
next time you open it, it will be presented to you in the same
'state' that it was in when it was last saved. If you do some work,
and then close the bid package without saving, or if there is a
problem that forces either the program or the computer to shut down,
then you will lose all of the work you have accomplished and will
have to start over.
You
can Save you work at any time. To Save your work, either click on
the File menu at the top, and then choose the Save menu item.
Or
you can simply click on the File/Save button in the button
bar.
You are also able to Save your bid package with a
different name (other then as Ord03.bbd as in this example). For
details, click
