Deleting A Bid Package

Since the bid packages for Millennium are now Internet files, there is one thing you need to do. Otherwise, if  you ever need to re-download your bids because they needed to be re-issued, the file is stored in the memory of your computer, and you simply end up with the same file again if you don't purge it from the memory before you download a new one. Here is what you need to do:

1) Click on the Bidding button at the top, and then choose Open An Existing Bid Package. Now click ONCE on the Yellow bid folder that you want to remove so that it is highlighted. Then hit the Delete key on your
keyboard. This will remove the bid package folder and any bid packages that it contains.

2) From the Internet Mode, click on the Options menu, and then choose Internet Options. Half way down on that screen you will see a heading that says Temporary Internet Files. You will see a Delete Files button. Click on that. You will then be presented with a check box that says Delete All Offline Content. Click there as well to add a check in the box. Then click OK. This will remove all the files in the Temp memory, including any bid packages you downloaded.
