Bid Package Changes

It is to be expected that there will occasionally be changes to the bids sometimes up to several days into the bid period. Although we cannot predict when or what these changes will be, and the schedulers do not make any notification to us directly, we still make every effort to monitor such changes via the Unimatic DIS pages. Additionally, any users that are aware of such changes will generally notify us. We urge you to check the DIS pages as well.

We maintain a general bid status page . From there you will find a link to each individual domicile's status page. Any changes to a bid package will cause us to post an updated BidPlus bid package as soon as we can. We will also update that domicile's status page as soon as we find out about any changes. We urge you to check these pages as well during the bid period for your own protection. The bid package status page can be accessed by clicking on the Help menu, and then by choosing Online Resources/Bid Package Status.

**Please Note**
Once you have downloaded a bid package file, that file gets stored in an Internet files buffer. So if by chance you attempt to download again, it will appear that the file is getting downloaded again very fast. That is because it is not being downloaded again at all. Instead, it is simply being called from this buffer. If for some reason you do need to download a new file (because perhaps the one you downloaded does not contain certain changes or whatever), then you will need to purge the buffer of all downloaded files first.

To purge the buffer, while in the Millennium Browser mode, click on the Options menu at the top, and then choose Internet Options. You will see a "Temporary Internet Files" section with a Delete Files button. Click that to open a Delete Files dialog box. You will then see a Delete all offline content" checkbox. Please click in that box. Then click OK. This will begin the process of purging the buffer. Once that is complete, you will be able to download a new bid package file.
