Selecting Your Desired Flights 

After you have had the opportunity to review your retrieved schedules and loads , it is now time to select the flight(s) for which you would like to list.

There are two ways to go about selecting your flights.(Please click on any of the links on this page if you need to review any of procedures up to this point.)

If you started from the Pass View

If you started by creating a pass , then once the program has completed retrieving the schedule and load information , you are displayed with the pass view once again. Only this time the words "Schedule Pending" are not displayed.

Next, double click on the 'To' field and you are presented with the Itinerary Construction dialog box.

Click OK, and you are presented with the Load View.

Now you can scroll through and edit the Load View until you decide on your desired flight and class. To select your flight/class, simply point and double click directly on it with the left mouse button. You will be asked if you would like to enter your selection into a Pass. Answering yes causes the program to return to the Pass View and enter your selection into your existing pass. At this point, you can click on the Ready To List button in the upper right hand corner. It will turn green indicating you are now ready to go online and list .

If you started from the Load View

If you began the process from the Load View , then after the program has gone online and retrieved your schedules and loads, you are returned back to the Load View. At this point you simply need to review your information , and then double click on the desired flight/class in order to select it. The program will automatically return you to the Pass View and create a new pass. At this point, you can click on the Ready To List button in the uipper right hand corner. It will turn green indicating you are now ready to go online and list .
