Loads and Schedules

Once the schedules and loads have been retrieved, they can be reviewed and edited in the Load View. This is what the schedules and loads appear like when the request is for the city pair of  LAX to ORD.  Notice on the left side of the display how the program has automatically retrieved the information for all of the LAX area airports including LAX, ONT, SNA, & BUR (not shown).

Here are the details of how the information is displayed. This is a sample display of one flight.

- Departure City: LAX   Arrival City: ORD
- Flight Number: 816 (displayed on the left side)
- Departure Time: 11:20  Arrival Time: 17:07
- Aircraft 767 (It is displayed as 763 at the top center; this is the code that Apollo uses for this particular configuration of the aircraft)
- This is a 3 class aircraft. The color coding helps you to easily identify which Flight/Class is available.
-----------------------
F/C displays a load of 10-7-9.
10 = Capacity, 7 = Revenue Load, 9 = Revenue Load+SA's listed (there are 2 SA's)
It is displayed in yellow because the cabin is mostly full, but there are still seats.
------------------------
C/C displays a load of 38-25-25.
It is displayed in green because the cabin seating is wide open.
------------------------
Y/C displays a load of 158-180-180.
It is displayed in red because the cabin is oversold.

Editing

The schedule and load display can be edited for your convenience. This means that you have the ability to change the order of the information contained in your display. The following example is the same information for LAX to ORD that is displayed at the top of the screen. Only this time, we have chosen to display only the departure city of SNA instead of all of the area airports.

This change was accomplished by double clicking on the departure city with the LEFT mouse button. Another double click on the departure city will reset the display.

Here is the list of the available editing options for your schedule and load display:

1) Departure/Arrival city co-airport - double click with the left mouse button (double click again to reset)
3) Departure/Arrival time - double click with the right
mouse button
4) FC/CC/YC Loads - double click with the right mouse button
(Be sure not double click on the any of the loads with the left mouse button when attempting to edit. This action causes that particular flight/class to be loaded into a pass!)
