The web site does
use both Javascript, as well as ActiveX controls (for downloading).
Not all browsers are able to process this type of
programming.
First, if you are using Internet Explorer, our
recommendation is to check the security setting on your browser.
It may be set too high to allow downloads using ActiveX
controls. Click on the Tools menu, and then choose Internet Options.
Finally, click on the Security tab. There you will be able to
check and change the security settings for your browser. To
change the security settings if you are using Netscape, click on the
Communicator menu, and then choose Tools/Security Info.
