Trouble Shooting Your  Bid Upload  

When you attempt to upload your bids, you may encounter a problem. You may receive the message  "Accessing Connection", but then it never moves beyond that point. Or you may not be able to see any of the Unimatic Plus buttons in the lower right hand part of the screen because you need to adjust your screen resolution.

This problem is generally the result of having the incorrect screen resolution setting. The BidPlus Millennium program is designed to be operated at a screen resolution of 800x600 due to the specific screen mapping that we use. You will need to change your resolution in order to operate the program properly.

To change your screen resolution, click on My Computer->Control Panel->Display->Settings Tab. You will see the controls for changing your resolution there. Once the change is made, you should then be able to see the Unimatic Plus buttons displayed normally.

It is recommended that you review your Unimatic Plus LOFBID to ensure the accuracy of the bid upload. It is up to you to identify and report any descrepancies as soon as possible. Once the bids close, there is nothing that can be done about a problem upload.
