Printing From Apollo Plus

Printing from Apollo Plus is accomplished by using the Snapshot feature.

You can begin from either the Pass View or the Load View. In this example, we will use a completed pass that has been listed, as well as the schedule for that entire day.

This is a picture of a completed Pass. Notice the confirmation PNR number at the top right of the Pass.

To record this information into the Snapshot feature, click the Snapshot button at the bottom of the Summary View.

This is the Load View displaying all of the flights and loads for the same day that the Pass is listed.

To record this information into the Snapshot feature, click on the Snapshot button at the bottom of the Summary View.

To access the Snapshot feature and view the recorded information, click on the Options menu at the top, and then choose View Snapshots.

You are then presented with the Snapshot screen.

Notice that the top section of the display contains the first Snapshot information taken from the Pass. In includes the PNR number (Q602NS), as well as the travel date, flt#, Dep. Time, and Arrival Time.

The next section displays all of the schedule and load information for the remainder of the day. This makes it handy to print all of the available travel information in one place, and take it with you should you need to consider other plans due to oversold or flight cancellation conditions.

To print the Snapshot information, simply click on the File menu, and then choose Print.
