Problem with Vista.
If
you are receiving an error that reads " Unable
to create Encryption Key", please do the following:
From the desktop,
right-click the BP2K icon and select Properties. Select the
"Compatibility" tab, and at the bottom you'll see
a setting for "Privilege Level". Check "Run
As Administrator" then click "Apply" and "OK".
That's it.

bid period is now open. The bids were posted on 2/23 at 1220 PST.
The March Relief bid period will be open from 2/24 thru 2/26 at
0800 local time.
